Closets in each bedroom Bathroom 1: Tub with shower. Hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels and washcloths. Bathroom 2: Walk-in shower. Hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels and washcloths. Bedroom 3: Two queen size memory foam beds. Dual side tables with matching reading lights. Windows with strong natural light and television. Large walk-in closet with luggage rack Bathroom 3: Standing shower with glass door, dual sinks. Hairdryer. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels and washcloths. 2nd Floor Office Space: One office desk and chair with table lamp. 2nd Floor Deck: Lounge seating in one corner and a 4-seater picnic table in other corner Miscellaneous: Central air conditioning and heating throughout the house controlled with a Nest thermostat on each floor. Long term stays: Stays greater than 15 days require a professional cleaning every 15 days at $150 per additional cleaning. Based on your long term stay duration, we will confirm how many cleanings will need to happen, and send an in-app request for that payment amount before your stay ($150 per cleaning, every 15 days)

HOUSE RULES / INFO 1) Early check-in/Late check-out: Check-in is any time after 4 pm. Check-out is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out, but this is not guaranteed, and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. Please contact us if interested. Unauthorized early/late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee per 30 minutes in excess of your check out time. Being late is disrespectful to our cleaning and turnover team’s time and work schedule, and can significantly throw off their day, affecting their time with their family as well as other obligations. We reserve the right, if you refuse to leave our property in a timely manner, to call on local authorities for assistance as you would be considered trespassing. 2) Smoking: We do not allow smoking of any kind indoors or outdoors (including any roof top decks, porches, or lawns) including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances, vapes, etc. Finally, lighting candles indoors is not allowed. Breaking this rule will incur a $1,000 fine. 3) House parties / Noise level: No house parties permitted. Video doorbell and other exterior video cameras used on the premises to ensure the safety of all guests, and to enforce the no house parties policy. There are NO cameras anywhere inside the house to respect your privacy. House parties will be subject to fees for any damages in order to cover the added expenses of hiring professional cleaners, contractors, etc and replacement costs for ruined furniture, finishings, appliances, floors, carpets, drywall, electrical, or plumbing; at cost or up to $10,000. Violations will lead to the booking being immediately terminated with no refund. Refusing to leave the premises when the policy is violated, will result in the authorities being called to forcibly remove all trespassers. House parties also subject to a $1,000 fine. Be mindful of noise level; any adjoining offices, apartments, homes, or public area will likely have people there throughout all the hours of the day hours. We utilize anti-party security monitoring devices. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Your property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed and notifies the host if it gets too loud. The device only measures decibel levels; it never records conversations. They measure and log temperature, humidity, noise level, motion, the number of mobile devices in the vicinity of the sensor, battery levels, and a set of diagnostics data including Wi-Fi connectivity. Tampering with any of these devices is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal from the property and a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. 4) General house maintenance: If the property is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required, plus any costs incurred by any property, furnishings, or linens damage. 5) Guests: We ask that you inform us if you have guests come and visit you during your stay. Unapproved guests are subject to a $100 per person fine, per occurrence. If more guests sleep in the property than the number originally stated in the booking, you will incur a $500 per person per night fee. 6) Animals: Animals are not allowed. Animals brought into the premises without explicit permission are subject to a fine of $500. Guests are responsible for repairs, replacements and cleaning required to fix any damages incurred from the animal, up to $10,000 7) Quiet hours: Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm - 7:00 am in order to be respectful of our neighbors. 8) Miscellaneous a) Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. b) If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. c) Ruined linens (stains that can't be removed with washing, such as red wine/blood/makeup on towels), will incur a linen fee of $100. d) When you make a reservation, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.

The house is centrally with free public beach access only a 3-min walk away. Here are some additional nearby amenities: 1) Food Lion: 6 minute drive 2) Publix: 7 minute drive 3) Sound access with private boat ramp access: 2 minute walk 4) Emerald Isle Boat Ramp (public boat launch): 2 minute drive 5) CVS Pharmacy: 5 minute drive Finally, here are the check out instructions provided to all guests prior to departure (for informational purposes): 1) Load all dirty dishes and start dishwasher prior to departure. 2) Place all dirty towels in the shower or bathtub. 3) Return all beach accessories (boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, etc) and bicycles to their proper storage closets. 4) Place all garbage in the provided large trash bags and place them in outside trash bins (Trash days: Tuesdays & Thursdays) 5) Conduct a final check to ensure you haven’t forgotten anything. 6) Lock all main doors and windows.
